The booking process is as follows:

The first step: choose the required room type; Fill in the correct check-in name, contact information (mobile phone number or email address), number of rooms, latest arrival time and check-in date;

Step 2: We will confirm the information as soon as possible after receiving it; (Customers who place orders after 22: 00 p.m. will reply to the reservation information around 9: 00 a.m. the next day if it is not the room of the day);

Step 3: After receiving the confirmation, the guest only needs to quote the guest's name at the front desk of the hotel, indicating that the reservation has been made. The price has included 15% hotel service charge, including breakfast.

Step 4: You need to bring an adult ID card when you check in and pay a certain deposit. Credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Dinner Club, JCB and UnionPay.

Payment method: front desk payment (Visacard, Peony Card, Jinsui Card, Great Wall Card, Dragon Card, Pacific Card, Oriental Card, MasterCard, American Express Card, Diner's Card, JCBcard in cash).

Note: The room rate includes hotel service charge, excluding other hotel fees, taxes and extra requirements of guests. Usually, the hotel check-in time is 14: 00, and the check-out time is 12: 00 at noon. In case of early check-in or late check-out, a certain fee will be charged according to the situation. 1. Hotel rooms are generally reserved until 6 pm on the same day, and may be reserved until 5 pm on holidays;

2. If the guest is late for other reasons, please call directly to book the room after the reservation is successful. Credit card guarantee or advance payment is needed in special periods such as exhibitions.

Due to seasonal changes, the room price may be inaccurate. Please refer to telephone consultation or final confirmation. Check-in: You must register with a valid certificate when staying in the hotel. Generally, the hotel will charge a certain deposit for some hotel items that you have consumed or damaged (lost) at the hotel when you check in. When you check out, you will return the money with a deposit slip. The amount of deposit depends on the regulations of each hotel.
