In the practice of fire control work, it is found that the construction, design units and even some fire auditors generally misunderstand the setting of the central fire control room, and dogmatically understand the provisions of the implementation code, which leads to the poor function of the fire control room and brings certain obstacles to building fire fighting. 1. The location of the central fire control room is unreasonable.

Some fire control rooms are located on other floors except the first floor and basement, and generally exist in inclined buildings; Part of the fire control room is located in a remote location on the first floor, far away from the building and directly connected to the outdoor safety exit; Part of the fire control room is located in the corner of the basement away from the stairwell leading to the first floor.

2, fire separation is not in place.

Some set up a central fire control room in the property office, hotel lobby, service staff lounge and other rooms.

Although some central fire control rooms are separated from the above-mentioned parts, they are not separated by partition walls with a fire resistance of not less than 2.00h and floors with a fire resistance of 1.50h, and doors and windows are not provided with fire doors and windows, and there is no direct outdoor exit.

Some central fire control rooms are located in the basement, only connected to the walkway, and there is no direct outdoor safety exit.

3. The underground fire control room is in poor condition.

This code allows the central fire control room to be located in the basement of the building. Some buildings in the south set the central fire control room in the basement with humid and dirty air, and there is no ventilation, lighting and dehumidification equipment, which makes the personnel on duty in the central fire control room unable to stand the harsh environment and often leave their posts without permission, or even no one is on duty. At the same time, due to humid air, fire fighting equipment often breaks down and is damaged.

4. The layout of fire control room is unreasonable.

The code stipulates the equipment layout of the central fire control room, but there are no regulations on the building area of the central fire control room and the work and rest places of the personnel on duty. In the practice of fire control room, most designs only consider the layout space of equipment and ignore the workplace, rest place and maintenance operation space.

5. The power supply of the central fire control room does not meet the requirements.

It is clearly stipulated in the code that the power supply of the central fire control room should be set according to the requirements of fire power consumption. However, there are still some problems in practice, such as the central fire control room adopts ordinary lighting, the main power supply of the central fire control room adopts ordinary power supply, there is no two-way power supply, and there is no automatic switching device in the final distribution box.

1, fire control room management should meet the following requirements

1. A 24-hour duty system shall be implemented, with no less than 2 people in each shift. The personnel on duty shall hold the professional qualification certificate of fire control room operation;

3, should ensure that the automatic fire alarm system, fire extinguishing system and other linkage control equipment in normal working condition, shall not be in the automatic state in the manual state;

4, should ensure that the high fire water tank, fire pool, pressure tank and other fire water storage facilities, to ensure that the fire pump outlet pipeline valve, automatic sprinkler system pipeline valve is always open; Ensure that the switch of power distribution cabinet of fire-fighting electrical equipment such as fire pump, smoke exhaust fan and fire shutter is in the automatic position (energized state).

2, fire control room on duty emergency procedures should meet the following requirements

1, after receiving the fire alarm, the personnel on duty should immediately confirm it in the fastest way;
