Workshop management system

Standard: Ensure employees' working environment and provide customers with clean and tidy supplies.

Procedure:

1. Chatting, talking loudly, reading newspapers, resting, eating and storing personal belongings are strictly prohibited in the workshop.

2. All kinds of articles should be placed in different areas and clearly marked. Floor, cabinet and cabinet top are not allowed to be piled up in disorder, and the workshop is kept clean and tidy.

3. The cabinets in the workshop must be strictly distinguished for different purposes: linen cabinets, disposable cabinets and glove boxes.

4. Other sundries shall not be stored in the linen area, and the returned clean linen shall be put into the linen cabinet in time, and shall not be stacked on the ground or other places.

5. The collected dirty linen must be put into the linen recycling bucket, not piled on the ground.

6. Only articles related to the disinfection cup are allowed to be stored in the disinfection room, and other articles are not allowed to be piled up.

7. The collected dirty cups and utensils must be placed in the washing pool of the disinfection room, and shall not be stacked on the ground or other areas of the disinfection room.

8. The collected garbage should be dumped in time and not piled up in the workshop to avoid breeding bacteria and mosquitoes and flies.

9. Save energy such as water and electricity, turn off the lights and close the door.

10. Irrelevant personnel are prohibited from entering the workplace or staying.
