On Friday morning, I simply dressed myself, at least making people look fresh and clean! After the morning class, I hurried to participate in the "Psychological Growth Speech Contest" and then rushed to the hotel, because first of all, I think punctuality is a basic etiquette of people!

Coming to this five-star Portman hotel really gives people a different feeling. Luxurious, verve and full of texture, it is an international chain store! The staff office is on the basement, and the personnel department we interviewed is also on the basement. I interviewed as a virgin. Everything here looks so standard. You have to show your work permit when you go in, and you have to apply for a temporary visit permit and register your identity documents when you go in!

I came to the personnel department, explained my purpose, and then filled in the form information they gave me, the interview skill "My interview Virgo". When I got the form, I saw a lot of things, very detailed and thorough, even including your education, family members and original situation. During filling out the form, I found that the staff here have been very busy. During the eight-hour working time, it seems that there is not much spare time for you to rest or even catch your breath. I also made up my mind in my heart, I think I can face such a challenge!

The staff who interviewed us spoke kindly, kindly and softly, which made people feel very comfortable. She asked me a few profound questions, some about my performance and study at school, and also asked me why your automobile major came to our hotel and you can work here for a few years! I know this question actually reflects your loyalty to the hotel. In fact, I don't want to work here at all. I answered this tactfully, because the tertiary industry pays great attention to etiquette and the relationship with customers. I want to improve my manners and establish a good image by working in a hotel. I want to say how long I will work here, because I study cars, and finally I want to do this job. To tell the truth, I know my hope is not great, because the company will not spend too much energy to train a candidate with almost no loyalty!

There is another question that I think is very important. She asked me how my English was, and I said I didn't pass CET-4. She said it depends on listening and speaking ability instead of certificate! Then she asked me some English questions. The first two asked me how much you know about our hotel. What are your strengths? I can simply answer this in English, but I don't know how to answer the next few questions! I feel it is very important to learn English well, especially in a metropolis like Shanghai, especially in a large foreign-funded enterprise like Shanghai!

Next, we spent dozens of minutes in their hotel to give you a system test, from which we can see your way of doing things, attitude and ability.

Then the personnel department informed us to wait for the final supervisor of the engineering department to give us an interview.
