What is the practice of calcium silicate ceiling?

Construction technology of calcium silicate slab ceiling

(1) elastic line

According to the design requirements, the ceiling elevation around the wall is level, and the keel position line is drawn around the wall along the horizontal line.

(2) Install the derrick

Install the main keel suspender after drilling. Firstly, determine the elevation of the lower end of the boom and install the boom. The distance between them is 900 to 1200mm.

(3) Install the main keel

Install the main keel, the main keel spacing is 900 ~ 1200mm, and the main keel is equipped with a support boom, which is not more than 300mm away from the edge of the main keel.

(4) Install the painted main keel with a spacing of 600mm, and connect the keel with the derrick with a special hanger.

(5) Install the painted auxiliary keel, which should be installed above the main keel. After the installation is completed, adjust the horizontal line and press the short distance 1/200 to arch the middle height.

(6) After the keel is installed, install calcium silicate board.

Calcium silicate board is a kind of high composite board, mainly made of natural gypsum powder, white cement, glue and glass fiber. It has the properties of fire prevention, moisture-proof, sound insulation and heat insulation, and is the common material of ceiling and the main material of partition board.
