After turning off the fire, add all the prepared ingredients, except sesame, and stir-fry until cooked. Fry the ingredients until the surface is slightly yellow, and then remove them all.
4, find a container, first pour half of the pepper noodles and sesame seeds. Fire at this time, reheat the oil to 40% to 50% heat, and then turn off the fire. Scoop some oil on Chili noodles and sesame seeds, and stir while pouring oil to avoid frying. When the oil temperature drops a little, pour in the other half of Chili noodles, pour all the remaining oil into the container, and stir a little, and the spicy red oil will be ready.
