Because such houses are often concentrated in one or several single buildings, it is convenient for an institution or company to manage them in a unified way by hotel service, so this management method is named "hotel style". Apartment hotel is essentially a hotel property, and the whole property can only be invested by institutions or companies, and then managed by professional hotel companies.
