Scope of application of free gold medal

1. Members with "Free Gold Medal"

2. Book to stay in all its brand hotels through Platinum Club official website, mobile phone client and WeChat, and pay the room rate in advance.

3. During the stay, all kinds of unpleasantness, including the facilities and services of the branch, will be reflected through the front desk, official website, mobile phone client (hand-picked), WeChat, hotline and other channels at the first time, and the general manager of the branch will solve it within 2 hours.

4. If the problem cannot be solved satisfactorily, the customer service of Platinum Club will be free, and the room rate for that night will only be returned to the member's stored value account, which cannot be reflected.

5. The gold medal will be cancelled after it is free.

Acquisition rule

Gold and Platinum members who took effect before 1, 20 1 4 September 1 will automatically get1"Free Gold Card".

Gold and Platinum members upgraded after 2.20 1 September 4 1 day will automatically get1"Free Gold Card".

3. Gold and Platinum members who successfully avoid relegation will automatically get 1 "Free Gold Medal".

If the original free gold medal is not used, it will not be given away. The maximum number of "free gold medals" is 1.
