In case of bad weather or unexpected events such as strong wind and poor visibility, the maritime department will issue early warning information through this channel;

(5) Yachts, motorboats, rubber boats, assault boats and recreational vessels are prohibited from entering the waterway from June 8 16 to June 9 10, and self-use vessels are prohibited from ferrying;

(6) During the Dragon Boat Festival, the AIS system of all ships must be turned on, and the life jackets of ships engaged in passenger transportation should be placed in places that are easy to see and get. It is strictly forbidden to tie lifebuoys to the ships;

(seven) to participate in the operation of the ship's own driving system, engine system, lighting signals and other self-inspection. Before the festival, it is strictly forbidden to sail with illness;

(eight) prohibit the crew from driving the ship after drinking alcohol or taking narcotic drugs;

(9) Prohibiting ships from carrying inflammable and explosive dangerous goods;

(10) During the dragon boat race from 6: 20 to 8: 00 on June 9, ships unrelated to the race are strictly prohibited from sailing in the waters from Harbin Highway Bridge to Binzhou Railway Bridge.
