1. People coming (returning) to Chengdu from risk areas outside the city

For people coming (returning) to Chengdu who have a history of staying in high-risk areas in the past 7 days, they will be subject to , implement a 7-day home quarantine. A nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 3rd, 5th, and 7th days of home isolation. During the home isolation period, nucleic acid sampling will be carried out at home without leaving home; those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation will be subject to centralized isolation. 4. For people coming (returning) from outside the province to Chengdu, strictly implement the "test upon arrival" and implement nucleic acid tests three times in three days (with an interval of 24 hours or more between each time). Before the first negative nucleic acid test certificate is issued, you are not allowed to participate in gathering activities, and do not go to bars, dance halls, KTVs, bathing places, chess and card rooms (mahjong parlors), Internet cafes, electronic arcades, escape rooms, script killings, cinemas and other closed spaces , key public places with dense crowds; orderly movement can be carried out after the first negative nucleic acid test certificate is issued.

3. People returning to Chengdu from key areas in the province

For those who have a history of traveling to Mianzhu City, Deyang City in the past 7 days, a three-day home health monitoring will be implemented. During this period, they and those who live with them will be monitored. People are not allowed to go out and door-to-door nucleic acid sampling is implemented.

In principle, people from counties (cities, districts) where high-risk areas are located in the province do not move across cities (states). If they really need to move across cities (states), they must hold a negative 24-hour nucleic acid test certificate ( Subject to the time when the report is issued).

4. For close contacts, "5 days of centralized quarantine + 3 days of home quarantine" will be implemented. A nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th days of centralized isolation; a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st and 3rd days of home isolation. During the home isolation period, door-to-door nucleic acid sampling will be conducted without leaving home. Those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation are subject to centralized isolation.

5. When boarding the plane, immigrants must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. From the date of arrival in Chengdu, "5 days of centralized quarantine + 3 days of home quarantine" will be implemented and completed at the first point of entry. After quarantine, the destination must not quarantine again. A nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 5th days of centralized isolation; a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st and 3rd days of home isolation. 6. For those who do not have a fixed residence in Chengdu or do not meet the relevant conditions and need to monitor their health at home, they should conduct health monitoring in designated hotels in the territory and do not gather or go out during this period (except for special circumstances such as medical treatment).

People coming (returning) to Chengdu who are subject to centralized quarantine in our city shall bear the relevant expenses during the quarantine period.
