I booked a hotel in Ctrip and arrived late. What if the room is full?

You can contact Ctrip. If you make a reservation, you need to provide a credit card guarantee. If the plane is late, but it is generally above 20 yuan, it is ok to deduct the hotel booked online by Ctrip from the card as the room rate. Time limit: Ctrip can set the earliest arrival time and the latest arrival time (the time interval is 3 hours). If you are sure to be late, you can call Ctrip customer service two hours before the latest deadline to ask for a delay (there will be SMS notification). If the time limit is exceeded, the reservation will be cancelled.
