Together with the flower bud installment bill, the monthly billing date calculates the payable amount of the month, and the user needs to pay off the payable amount before the repayment date of the month. The repayment method supports automatic deduction by the system and active repayment by users:

1. Automatic deduction by the system: on the repayment date, the system starts automatic deduction, and deducts the user's balance, the debit card bound by Alipay and the balance treasure in turn. Please ensure that Alipay has sufficient amount;

2. User's active repayment: Users can log in to Alipay-Ant Flower Garden for active repayment of bills.

Refund instructions

1. The money will be returned to Bai Hua's account after the merchant refunds it. The refund period is agreed at the time of signing the contract, and the default is 3 months.

2. The flower garden installment refund method is the same as that of ordinary Alipay. For details, please refer to the refund interface in the interface document of bill-receiving products (namely, pay on receipt, App payment, mobile phone website payment and face-to-face payment).

3. When a refund occurs, the funds will be returned from the merchant's collection account to the installment account in Bai Hua, and Bai Hua will repay the refund amount in advance according to the repayment situation of the user.

4, installment fee refund rules:

The handling fee is borne by the merchant, and will be refunded within 15 days after the transaction, and the handling fee will be fully refunded, and will not be refunded after 15 days. The fees paid by the user will not be refunded, the unpaid fees will not be reduced if they have been charged, and the unpaid fees will be reduced according to the refund amount.
