How to use Ctrip hotel coupons?

Only Ctrip members can book hotels online and use hotel coupons, so you need to log in to your member account first.

New members need to register first;

2. Confirm that there are hotel coupons available in the account.

Enter "My Ctrip" and click "Cash Account" in "My Voucher" on the left navigation bar.

Select Voucher-Payment Record to view the actual available amount.

3. Choose hotels that can use hotel coupons.

1) When searching for hotels online, select hotels and room types marked with icons, as shown in the following figure. Move the cursor to the "cash back" icon to learn the instructions for the use of hotel coupons. The coupon amount marked in the room type is the maximum amount of hotel coupons that can be used every night.

2) After entering the order filling page, the maximum amount of Ctrip hotel coupons that can be used for this order will be prompted. The default amount is 0 yuan. Please click "Modify" and the valid Ctrip hotel coupons in your hotel coupon account will be displayed. Please fill in the usage amount and click "Confirm". The total amount of the selected hotel coupons must not be higher than the maximum amount of the order.

3) When submitting an order, the system will prompt the total amount of Ctrip hotel coupons used for this order.

4) Within 3 working days after the order is completed and hotel reviews are submitted, the amount of Ctrip hotel coupons actually used in the order will be returned to your cash account in Ctrip. (Re-examination is valid within three months after staying in the hotel, and cannot be done after the deadline).
