International Commerce Center

International Commerce Center (ICC) is located in West Kowloon, Hong Kong. It is fully developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties and is expected to be completed in 2010.

The 118th floor of the International Commerce Center was designed by the world-renowned architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF). The height reaches 490 meters.

It has advanced design and highly intelligent facilities. There is a six-star hotel on the top floor of the building with 312 rooms. In addition, there is a public viewing floor on the 100th floor of the building, allowing visitors to enjoy the dazzling views of Victoria Harbor from a high altitude.

After completion, International Commerce Center will set the following records:

Tallest building in Hong Kong: 484 meters

The tallest hotel in the world (Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong): Located on the top 15 floors of the building, it replaces the Jinmao Grand Hyatt Hotel in Shanghai Jin Mao Tower and becomes the world's highest six-star hotel hotel.
