Are the drinks in Grand Sky Hotel free?

There are two kinds of drinks in the hotel room, paid and free. The difference is that in general, the free ones will be put on the dining table, and the paid ones will be put in the refrigerator or together with other foods. Most free drinks are packed in glass bottles, which can be drunk in hotels, but the bottles can't be taken away. Charged drinks are packed in plastic and can be taken away.
