Experience of the 3rd China Aviation Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

Because my colleague is going to take part in another competition, he is entrusted to take his place in the roadshow of the rematch of the 3rd China Aviation Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition held in Mianyang. In this competition, the top 1 should be selected from the top 3 in the country, and investors and experts are invited as judges. Each player is showing his carefully polished works. I stayed in Mianyang for two days. On the first day, I visited the Science and Technology Fair and watched the special reports of academicians and experts. On the second day, I played in the competition. The general feeling was that heroes from all walks of life showed their talents, and the competition scenes were cool and they gained a lot.

1. My first experience in Mianyang

When I came to Mianyang for the first time, the Sichuan dialect came to me as soon as I got off the train, giving people a feeling of being neither worried nor slow. In front of Mianyang Railway Station stands a statue of a horse stepping on a swallow, which is very eye-catching. On the way to the hotel by taxi, you will find that the whole city of Mianyang is decorated with the atmosphere of science and technology fair, with flags hung on both sides, special lanes and signposts. To ask about the local situation, it is better to ask taxi drivers than Baidu, and most of the impressions about Mianyang come from this. Regarding local enterprises, there are Changhong, a big taxpayer, some aerospace enterprises, engine research and development units, the Ninth Academy, and wind tunnel test units. As for food, we had roast pig's trotters for two dinners, which were crispy and delicious, that is, the stewed pig's trotters were re-sprinkled with seasoning and barbecued, which was delicious.

2. Good science fair and expert lectures

There are several exhibition areas in the science fair. Due to the limited time, I just spent a few hours browsing in the morning. The general feeling is that the scale is not very large and the number of people is not particularly large. Several impressive exhibition areas include Beidou and navigation exhibition area, new energy and autonomous driving exhibition area, exhibition area composed of national brand enterprises, and display of characteristic enterprises in various counties and cities in Sichuan.

After visiting the exhibition, our two teammates arrived at Changhong International Hotel where the afternoon summit forum was located early.

The guests who participated in the sharing included academicians, professors, researchers, chief designers and pilots. The shared topics involved scientific and technological innovation, the development of weapons and equipment, the development of aviation electromechanical systems, and the development of unmanned aerial vehicles, engines and advanced helicopters. What impressed me more was Academician Cao's summary of his lifelong devotion to titanium alloy materials, and his life summary of "three diligence and three goodness", that is, diligent study, diligent practice, diligent thinking, good self-control, good sociability and good life. Of course, there is also the hard course of Li's research and development of the integrated UAV and the development plan behind it. The most eye-opening thing is to recruit teachers to introduce the development trend of advanced helicopters-intelligent, unmanned, high-speed, diversified and green.

3. The effect of roadshows can be improved

I didn't know the final result before writing this article. I have left the venue and come to Chengdu. After PPT preparation, speech preparation and live rehearsal, the performance of the day was OK. Some areas that need to be improved include more elaborate video production, and the answers in some places are not too profound. The problem of product maturity behind it is that it has not been connected with the industry and has no specific application.

4. Some other thoughts

After reading so many works, I have greatly stimulated my creative desire. I need to think about building my own works and practicing my core skills by engraving. Speech skills need to be polished continuously, and the speech practice will be improved day by day. I need to think deeply about my own works and locate my direction. At present, I think of HSE consultation in personal and family travel places, HSE solutions in emergency situations and safety simulation at work.
