How many days of annual leave should be given according to the labor law after working in a hotel for one year?

Annual leave is calculated based on the cumulative working years. If the cumulative working years exceed one year, the annual leave is 5 days.

According to Article 2 of the "Regulations on Paid Annual Leave for Employees of the State Council", employees who have worked for one year but less than 10 years in total are entitled to 5 days of annual leave; if they have worked for 10 years but less than 20 years, they are entitled to annual leave. 10 days; for those who have been employed for 20 years or more, 15 days of annual leave.
