1. If you purchase a connecting ticket, the baggage allowance for the Kunming to Beijing section is the same as the baggage allowance for the Beijing to Toronto section. Please contact Hainan Airlines customer service for confirmation.

2. According to the information on HNA’s official website, the transfer process in Beijing is as follows:

(1) If you transfer to an HNA international flight on the same day and the transfer time is less than 3 hours, the transfer attendant will handle the entire flight Help you transfer:

The transfer attendant will pick you up at the bridge entrance or the remote arrival area → arrive at the baggage hall of T1 terminal → collect your checked baggage → walk out of the baggage hall and take the elevator to the second floor → pass through T1 and T2 Arrive at Gate 6 on the second floor of T2 through the corridor between the two flights → go through customs inspection → go through the international flight check-in procedures at the Hainan Airlines check-in counter → pass quarantine, border control and security inspection → arrive at the boarding area and wait for your flight.

(2) If you are transferring to a Hainan Airlines international flight on the same day, and the transfer time is more than 3 hours:

Arrive at the baggage hall of T1 terminal according to the arrival instructions → claim your checked baggage → take out your luggage Take the elevator to the second floor → Rest in the HNA transit lounge → Go through the corridor between T1 and T2 to Gate 6 on the second floor of T2 → Pass customs inspection → Go through the international flight check-in procedures at the HNA check-in counter → Pass quarantine, border control and security inspection Check → Arrive at the boarding area and wait for your flight.

(3) If you are transferring to an HNA international flight the next day, you need to arrange transfer hotel accommodation:

According to the arrival instructions, arrive at the baggage hall of T1 terminal → claim your checked baggage → baggage The HNA transfer attendant at the exit of the hall will arrange your transfer hotel accommodation for you → Go to the transfer hotel to rest → Take a hotel vehicle to Gate 6 on the second floor of T2 Terminal 120 minutes before the departure of the international flight → Pass customs inspection → Handle the international flight at the HNA check-in counter Check-in procedures → go through quarantine, border control, and security inspections → arrive at the boarding area and wait for your flight.
