On the win-win situation between hotels and schools from the perspective of student internship.

One of the key and difficult points of hotel human resources is the high turnover rate of hotel employees. Professional interns in universities and vocational colleges can become a stable and high-quality source of hotel staff. How to retain interns is a difficult point for hotel human resource management. Based on the investigation of the students' internship of hotel management major in Xinyu University in recent three years, this paper discusses how to cooperate between hotels and schools in student internship, and finally achieves a win-win goal.
