The management is strict and the control is many, and often the people work day and night. It was also painful. In areas with relatively developed economies, the income from re-employment as a civil servant is not bad; if you are transferred to inland provinces or backward areas, the income is not ideal, and may even be much less than the retirement pension for self-selected employment, and the time invested , vitality, responsibilities, and work pressure are also worlds apart from soldiers who choose their own careers. Our old comrades who have entered the private sector often joke that they just make a lot of hard money. Reason three: Choosing a career independently provides huge returns and high playability.
