Denqen county

Deqin County is one of the counties under the jurisdiction of Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, located in the northwest of Shangri-La, facing Shangri-La across the Jinsha River, with a total area of 7,273 square kilometers and a population density of 8 people per square kilometer. Known as the "hometown of singing and dancing", it is the hometown of China's most precious Yunnan golden monkey.

Meili Snow Mountain

Meili Snow Mountain is located in the east of Chayu County, Tibet and the west of Yunling Township, Deqin County, Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is a huge north-south snow mountain group with a total length of 150 km. The Tibetan area is called Kawagebo Snow Mountain, and the word "Meili" is translated into Chinese by mainri in Deqin Tibetan language, which means Yaoshan, and it is named because it is rich in various precious medicinal materials. At the same time, it is also the sacred place of Bonism in Yongzhong area, and it is also called the four sacred mountains of Tibetan Buddhism with Gangrenboqi in Tibet, Animaqing Mountain in Qinghai and Gaduojuewo in Qinghai.

The highest peak, carvajal Slope, is 6740 meters above sea level, which is the highest peak in Yunnan Province, located at 10 km southwest of Deqin County.

Mingyong Glacier

Mingyong Glacier (also known as Nai Nogo Ru Glacier) is one of the longest glaciers in Erpo, Cavaca, and the largest, longest and lowest valley glacier in Yunnan Province. The whole glacier is about 5km long from north to south and 3km long from east to west, showing a huge ice and snow depression. This kind of modern glacier with low latitude tropical monsoon ocean, the snow and ice on the top of the mountain do not melt all the year round, and it is located at the low snow line, with high temperature and fast melting. It lives on precipitation, so it moves quickly.

There are various types of glaciers in the upper source of Mingyong Valley, and the ice surface landform of Mingyong Glacier itself is also ever-changing, which constitutes a unique glacier spectacle in northwest Yunnan.

Yubeng waterfall

Yubeng is the highest village on Meili Snow Mountain. On the south side of Kawabog Peak in Yunling Township, Deqin County, there is a waterfall with hanging rocks pouring down, which is called "Rain Collapse Waterfall". Tibetans bathe under the rainfalls as a way to purify their souls.

The scenery of Yubeng Waterfall changes with the seasons. In spring and summer, the snow and ice melt, the waterfall water flow increases, it falls into the ground, and the splash is more spectacular. Usually it hangs down from the mountain like Hada's inextricably linked waterline.

Cizhong church

Ci nave, located in Yanmen Township, Deqin County, was founded in Tongzhi of Qing Dynasty for six years (1867). It was originally built in Zigu village and was presided over by French missionaries. After being burned by the masses, it was moved to Cizhong and rebuilt in 192 1. This is a typical Catholic church.

Churches include gates, foreyards, shrines, backyards, orchards, vegetable gardens, vineyards, rice fields and so on. The main building sits west to east, and the overall style embodies the characteristics of Basri Ka Church and Roman Church. On May 25th, 2006, Cizhong Church was approved by the State Council to be included in the sixth batch of national key cultural relics protection units.

Moon Bay, also known as the first bay of Jinsha River, is the dividing line between Yunnan and Sichuan. On one side is Benzilan Town, Deqin County, Diqing Prefecture, Yunnan Province, and on the other side is Zigeng Township, Derong County, Sichuan Province.

Dongchikulingi

Dongchikulin Temple was founded in A.D. 1667 (the sixth year of Emperor Kangxi of Qing Dynasty, the eleventh "Raojiong" Year of the Fire Sheep in Tibetan calendar), formerly known as "Chongchong Cuogang Temple", which means the temple near Xianhe Lake. The temple site is about 3 kilometers northwest of the new temple.

Legend has it that a long time ago, a monk visited here, took a fancy to the pyramid-shaped mountain here, and thought it was the embodiment of God, so he built a temple here to worship it. Since 1987 and 10, grand "Geguimu" celebrations have been held here every year, making it an auspicious place for monks in Kangqu to worship.

Shusong buddhist nun

Shusong nunnery is located on the southwest hillside of Shusong Administrative Village, Benzilan Town, Deqin County. It is the only Tibetan Buddhist gelug nunnery in Yunnan Province. Built in Qingganlong for 36 years (1772), it enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad.

Shusong Nun Temple is located in Shusong Village, so people used to call it Shusong Nun Temple. Its real name is Tabarin, which means "Garden of Spiritual Liberation". Because it belongs to Dongzhizhu Temple, it is also called Dongzhulin nun temple. 1987, with the approval of the people's government, the nunnery temple was moved to the former site of Dongchi Kulinji, and religious activities resumed. It is understood that nuns entering the temple are divided into nuns entering the temple and nuns staying at home. The nuns who enter the temple are all managed according to the rules of the temple. The nuns who stay at home have the characteristics of "not leaving hair, not marrying or not marrying", and the nuns in Shusong Temple are all nuns who enter the temple.

Weixi Lisu Autonomous County is known as "Emerald in Hengduan Mountain Area" and "Pearl of Three Rivers", and is known as "hometown of medicinal materials", "hometown of orchids in China", "kingdom of plants", "kingdom of animals", "natural rhododendron garden" and "birthplace of Lisu culture in China".

Damodang

Bodhidharma Zushi Cave is located on a high mountain cliff about 6 kilometers east of Qizong Village, Tacheng Township, Weixi County. This is a natural cave. After Tibetan Buddhism was introduced into Diqing, it is said that the Dharma Zushi Cave became a Buddha in this cave for ten years, leaving a wall image on the cave wall, leaving a miracle of depression, hence the name Dharma Zushi Cave.

Around the early Qing Dynasty, Buddhist believers built a number of meditation rooms along the cliff, and the Bodhidharma Ancestral Cave became a sacred place for Buddhists to worship and practice. Damozu Cave has been destroyed and rebuilt several times in history, and people have always regarded it as a holy place for Buddhist worship.

Yunnan Golden Monkey National Park

Yunnan Golden Monkey National Park is one of the three national parks in Diqing Prefecture, located in Tacheng Town, Weixi County, with an enclosed area of 334. 16 square kilometers.

Yunnan snub-nosed monkey is an endemic species in China and Yunnan, and belongs to the national key protected animals. It lives in the core of the Three Parallel Rivers National Nature Reserve and is called the national treasure together with the giant panda. She is one of the most beautiful animals in the world. She lives in a lonely high altitude area. Sonia, moss, plant buds and fruits are her main foods. At present, there are 8 wild populations of Yunnan golden monkey, a national first-class protected animal, with a population of about 800- 1000.

Xuelongshan

"Snow melts the lake on Xuelong Mountain, and the water is like jasper." Longxue is located about 10 km southwest of Weixi County, with an altitude of 3909 meters. There is a snowmelt lake at the top of the mountain with a water surface area of 1500m, which is called Xuelongshan Tianchi. Xuelongshan Tianchi is a natural rhododendron garden with beautiful scenery. The forest is full of precious azaleas such as purple jade plates, bright scales, red and brown flowers and yellow cups. The whole forest is lush and full of flowers.

Vuitton Xinhua Lake

Xinhua Lake is named after Xinhua Village in Deng Wei Township. The scenic spot integrates snow-capped mountains, lakes, meadows, canyons, alpine flowers and virgin forests. The unique geographical and geological structure of the "Three Parallel Rivers" area has formed many alpine lakes, among which Xinhua Lake is one. The unique geographical environment and climatic conditions at an altitude of 3200 meters make it a mysterious natural phenomenon, and the lake is crystal clear all the year round.

Le Tong Village in Ye Zhi Town is the most representative and oldest Lisu village in Weixi County. Up to now, the traditional Lisu-style building-Mulangfang is still preserved. Their houses are all made of wood, and they don't need paint or nails. They are embedded in wood and contain each other. Even the roof tiles are made of planks, and these planks are fixed by stones. Rooms are scattered in an orderly way on the mountain at an altitude of more than 2000 meters.

Kangpu Shouguo Temple

Shouguo Temple was built in the seventh year of Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1729) and took five years to complete. In the tenth year of Qing Qianlong (1745), it was burnt down, and then it was moved to the present site for reconstruction in the thirty-fifth year of Qianlong (1770). The construction of Shouguo Temple in Qing Dynasty supported the Han Dynasty to send officials to govern Weixi, which belonged to Tibetan Buddhism.

The temple is located in Kombucha Village on the east bank of Lancang River, covering an area of 2,600 square meters. It consists of the mountain gate, the main hall and the side hall. It was approved as a national key cultural relics protection unit in May 2006.

wenchang tower

The facade of Wenchang Pagoda originated from Wenchang Palace, and there is a small earthen pagoda in the garden, namely Wenfeng Pagoda. This is a quiet place where foreign monks often sit. The construction and site selection of Wenchang Tower by predecessors is a conception of geomantic geography, which embodies the essence of national religion, culture and art.
