Can affordable housing in Chaozhou be bought and sold?

Chaozhou affordable housing, like commercial housing, will be awarded "People's Republic of China (PRC) Housing Rights". If it is affordable housing, it will be indicated in the remarks column of the property certificate as affordable housing. According to relevant regulations, affordable housing shall not be listed for sale within five years after obtaining the house ownership certificate.

Chaozhou affordable housing has been sold for more than five years. Except for the commercial housing transaction in transfer fees, if the seller sells it to a family that meets the requirements of affordable housing at the original price, and can provide a certificate issued by the local housing security to approve the sale, the land payment is exempted, and the housing is still affordable. If the seller can't provide proof of sale, the local real estate transaction management department shall charge 15% of the corresponding price according to the area of affordable housing, and the housing shall be regarded as a commercial house after obtaining full property rights.
