How to cancel the check-in?

The reference steps are as follows

1, click the vertical and horizontal APP, and take the APP as an example. Enter the navigation home page, as shown in the figure below.

On the homepage, you can see the current travel information. Click to view the seat information and the location indicated by the red arrow below.

3. On the seat information page, there will be "Change seat" and "Cancel seat selection". Click "Cancel seat selection".

4. This will prompt you to check the precautions for seat selection cancellation. After determining whether to continue, if so, click Continue.

5. Enter the code in the pop-up cancel seat selection page. Enter the correct verification code according to the screen prompts, and then click below to cancel the seat selection.

6. When the prompt "You have successfully cancelled the seat selection" appears on the seat cancellation result page, the check-in is successfully cancelled.
