Dr. Lee Shau Kee was appointed as the director of the company on 1993 and has been the chairman of the company since August 8, 20001. Dr. Li has been engaged in local real estate development business for more than 50 years and has rich experience. Dr. Li is the founder, chairman and general manager of Henderson Land Development Co., Ltd. and Henderson Land Development Co., Ltd.
