Go straight from Luoyang Railway Station for about 200 meters. This road is called Jinguyuan Road, and there are several big hotels beside it. I haven't been inside, but it looks good outside, and it should be good inside.

Want to see peony, the most authentic is Wangcheng Park. It costs only 5 yuan to take a taxi, but there are many people there, which is not too big. If you don't like so many people, you can go to the National Garden and the Sui and Tang Botanical Gardens not far away and take a taxi for 20 minutes.

As for the Longmen Grottoes, it's far away. The scenery on Longmen Mountain is good, but the grottoes are badly damaged, which may make you a little disappointed. It is best to have a tour group and someone to explain. Otherwise, get off at Longmen and take the battery car in the scenic spot. The mountain is not high, don't worry.

There are also two scenic spots opposite Longmen Grottoes, one is Bai Juyi's former residence, and the other is Xiangshan Temple, which can also be visited by the way.

The water mat in Luoyang is great, but it is recommended not to eat differently. Although it is the most famous, it is not sold as a taste but as a brand. I suggest you find a decent hotel and just ask for a set meal at the water mat. Authentic water mats need 10 people to eat.

Luoyang New District is newly developed, with a good environment and few people, but it is not suitable for tourism. It is not recommended to go.
