How to fill in the UK Entry Card?

All information must be filled in English and all letters must be filled in capital letters.

1. Last name-Last name? Name.-Name

All of them should be filled in English, and your first and last names should be in Chinese Pinyin, which is exactly the same as that in your passport.

2. Gender, gender, men and women

Just tick the corresponding box.

3. Date of birth-Date of birth

Please note that the format is day/month/year, for example, 06/09/1989 (1989 September 6).

4. Town and country of birth-Town of birth

Just fill in hanyu pinyin, such as Beijing.

5. Nationality-Nationality

China is going to write about China.

6. Occupation-occupation

7. UK contact address (full name)-UK contact address.

You can fill in the address of your British relative or the detailed address of your hotel.

8. Pass number-passport number

The passport number is in the upper right corner of the page with the photo. Just copy it, and don't make a mistake.

9. Place of issuance-place of passport issuance

See where you get your passport. For example, if you apply for a passport in Beijing, it says China, Beijing and Guangzhou, and it says China, Guangzhou.

10. Length of stay in the UK-Length of stay in the UK

Just within the validity period of the visa, such as 1 month (1 month), or write down the duration of your visa, such as before Jan, 1ST, 2016 (20161day).

1 1. Last port of departure-last place of departure.

You can fill in the departure place of the plane here, such as Pudong Airport, and write down the connecting airport.

12. Arrival flight number/train number/ship number/train number/ship number

13. Signature-Signature

Be sure to sign the Chinese phonetic alphabet consistent with your passport.
