Because when decorating, when going to some "marginal" projects, several types of work need to cooperate, and the responsible workers coordinate with each other to "do their jobs", otherwise everyone will kick the ball back and forth and pass the buck to each other, just as a bricklayer can help a carpenter solve some things and an electrician can solve some bricklayer's problems; Every expert has rich experience. As long as he is willing to help you find a way, many problems are not problems.

Second, the interior decoration experience of each "space"

(1) Kitchen and bathroom decoration

1, although the open kitchen looks good, if the frequency of cooking at home is high, try to give up the open kitchen, which will have a great oil fume problem, especially in China, where cooking fumes are large and people like spicy food. The open kitchen is really "spicy eyes"!

If it is in the kitchen, it is better to install a small water treasure in the bathroom. It takes a long time for hot water to get from the kitchen to the bathroom, which wastes a lot of water resources.

3. Many people say that Chinese range hoods are more attractive than European range hoods, but this is not true. The suction mainly depends on the displacement. In addition, the best suction is the integrated stove, but its pipes need to occupy a large part of the space of the "ground cabinet".

3, the bottom of the shoe cabinet must be blank, there must be lighting, and the atmosphere should be full.

4, the cupboard door of the shoe cabinet is preferably a shutter door, which can be ventilated and reduce the growth of bacteria.

▲ A good shoe cabinet needs a high and low shoe area, a sundries area, a mirror area, a shoe changing area, a temporary clothes hanging area and so on. (3) I don't know much about the decoration of the "guest restaurant" space.

1, the main concern of the living room is the socket. Try to install the power socket if you can, otherwise there will be drag boards everywhere in the house, and there will be many unexpected things to plug in the position of the TV background wall in the living room, and then the sofa should be reserved for the "back top". In the era of mobile phones, it is normal to sit on the sofa and watch mobile phones!

2. The less practical the layout of the living room, the better. Even if the RMB is posted, it will not be torn off. Latex paint is the first choice for walls, and wallpaper is too polluted. If there is no special atmosphere, don't use it.

3. It is best to install ceiling fans in the restaurant, which is super comfortable. There are many fan lights on the market, as well as wingless fan lights, which are very affordable and can be bought for hundreds of dollars.

4. In the dining room, when installing lights, you need to consider the position of the table. If you are not in the middle of the table after installing the lamp, how can you look awkward? Obsessive-compulsive disorder is cautious!

The sideboard must be made, otherwise there will always be some messy things on your table.

1, the mattress must not be too soft. Most mattresses nowadays are soft. Maybe young people like soft, but after a long time, it is a test for cervical vertebrae and lumbar vertebrae.

2. If economic conditions permit, the wardrobe will be customized throughout the house. Never ask a carpenter to do it, no matter how good the carpentry is; Even the wood on the scene is an old hand, influenced by technology and equipment, and can't make a customized sense of grade.

3. Try to have more storage space, and there will be more and more sundries to be stored after check-in. Try to find a space designer to optimize the space and design the cloakroom. As long as you have requirements, no matter how bad the space is, you can design the function you want.

4, the bedroom ceiling light is best to be three-controlled, one by the door and one by the bed, and both husband and wife can switch the "light" at will.

5. For families who plan to have children in the future, they must calculate the size and reserve a place where they can put their cribs at the bedside.

6, walk-in wardrobe is good, but it is easier to accumulate dust, open bookshelves, shelves, etc. (the kind without doors), it looks good, but it is painful to wipe, especially books, which are covered with dust.

7. The bedside is not suitable for installing spotlights. Although the atmosphere is good, it will cause boredom and affect health after a long time.

▲ Walk-in wardrobe, but the glass door cabinet is much better and looks more classy. (5) Little is known about the decoration of "balcony" space

1, it is better to use ceramic tiles for balcony walls, which are more waterproof, sun-proof, anti-decoloring and anti-peeling than paint. Anyway, it's all kinds of good.

2. If you put a cabinet on the top of the balcony, it is very effective to add a layer of foam plastic board on the back of the cabinet for heat insulation and waterproof. 4. Make a laundry pool on the balcony to wash some things by hand. I thought I used it less, so I bought a very cheap faucet. All the rags and floor towels are washed in it, and even most of my hands are washed there.

5. Make a small cabinet on the balcony of washing machine, which is convenient to put some sundries, such as sundries in washing powder, which is both beautiful and practical.

Third, the experience of various "crafts" in interior decoration

(1) Technical Decoration Experience of "Hydropower Transformation"

1. The switches and sockets in the whole house should be in the same horizontal position as far as possible, except for special sockets such as air conditioners and refrigerators and those with special requirements.

2. The colors of phase line and zero line in circuit transformation should be consistent in all rooms. If possible, it is best to indicate the colors of live wire, zero wire and control wire in the contract, and the protection wire is yellow and green according to national regulations.

3. High voltage and weak current should be transmitted separately. It is best to walk separately, and the distance should be above 10 cm, but it is not easy to do this, because most families open a slot to save money, and the audio cable can pass through the same weak current pipe.

4. When doing wall hydropower renovation or tiling, be sure to block the floor drain with something to prevent it from being blocked by falling cement. My floor drain is blocked by cement, so I have to pay someone to get it. I feel sorry for the money.

(2) Decoration experience of "tiling" technology.

1. Some imperfect tiles can be pasted in some invisible places in the future, such as cabinets, sinks and mirrors. Also pay attention to the position where the tiles and waist bricks should not be stuck by the workers, otherwise you will not see anything in the future and spend money.

2. When people are on site, workers will not waste too many tiles, and when people are not on site, the work will be reduced a lot.

3. In the final analysis, the treatment method of external corner of ceramic tile depends on the level of workers. If the bricklayer is good and the tools for grinding ceramic tiles are better, you should not hesitate to choose the method of grinding 45 degrees; In terms of effect, as long as it is well polished, the angle of 45 degrees is the best. If the level of workers is really not good, then you choose to use angle iron, because the method of grinding 45 degrees angle is not as good as using angle iron.

Fourth, indoor "other" decoration experience

1, pay attention to the size of the door inside the house when buying anything. If you don't buy it, you can't move in, and you are embarrassed.

2, the floor color should be gray, resistant to dirt, and it is not easy to find hair and small crumbs everywhere. Gray floor tiles are very popular and beautiful these two years, but the style depends on personal preference.

3. Termite prevention must be done in some provinces.

After cleaning up the garbage in the walls and trunking, conduct a comprehensive termite prevention (that is, spray termite medicine all over the house). After all boards enter the site, they need to be treated against termites (specifically for boards). Before laying wooden floors, they need to be treated against termites.
