Haikou, also known as "Coconut City", is a prefecture-level city and provincial capital under the jurisdiction of Hainan Province, a national "Belt and Road" strategic fulcrum city, a core city of Hainan Free Trade Port, and an important node city of Beibu Gulf urban agglomeration.
