The main differences are the different supporting services and facilities provided, and the different environment and space. Well-known ones are unite students, Fresh Student Living, Vita Student, IQ Student Accommodation, Liberty Living, Beijing Hanlun, etc. Personally, I prefer Hanlun to rent a house and can communicate in Chinese. Moreover, their room space is large, and the number of people staying on a single floor will not be many, so they are quiet and comfortable, which is quite popular with many students.
