How about the West Coast Express Hotel?

It's a hotel booked by a travel agency. The environment is average and the service quality is too poor. The most important thing is to really set a trap for the guests! When the guest left the store, the ward round staff actually stole the used bath towel and replaced it with rusty one, falsely claiming that the guest was dirty and demanding compensation! I saw it with my own eyes. It's immoral! Can I stay in such a hotel?
