2. Strictly restrict the holding of various assembly activities. Adhere to the principle of "not necessary, not holding". If you can't take it off, you won't take it. From now on, meetings, exhibitions, forums, training, cultural performances, sports events, trade fairs, various folk activities, mass public welfare activities, commercial promotions and other offline gathering activities with more than 100 people will be suspended in the city.
