What districts are there in Macao?

Macao is divided into seven districts: Huadimatang District, Ludang Reclamation Area, Roundabout Island, Xincheng District, Wangdetang District, Lobby District and Taipa Island.

1. Huadimatang District: Located in the central part of the Macao Peninsula, it is the seat of the government of the Macao Special Administrative Region.

2. Ludang Reclamation Area: Located in the southwest of Macao Peninsula, it is a new tourist area of Macao Special Administrative Region, with many resorts and casinos.

3. Coloane Island: Located in the southwest of Macao Special Administrative Region, it is an island mainly for fishing and a popular tourist attraction.

4. New Town: Located in the northeast of Macao Peninsula, it is the commercial and financial center of Macao Special Administrative Region.

5. Wangdetang District: Located in the central part of Macao Peninsula, it is a region with a long history, with many monuments and historical buildings.

6. Lobby area: Located in the south of Macao Peninsula, it is a commercial area with many shopping centers and entertainment facilities.

7. Taipa Island: Located in the southeast of the Macao Peninsula, it is a tourism and entertainment-oriented area with many casinos and resorts.
