It opened on August 8, 2008. The red deer breeding base is located in the plain forest farm of Burqin County, which was invested and built by Zhejiang businessmen Luo Guoguang and Luo Zengmi. At present, 6.7 million yuan has been invested to buy 200 red deer, and there are related facilities and places such as red deer breeding base, deer product processing workshop, deer product exhibition room and deer product characteristic hotel. The base is mainly engaged in red deer breeding and deep processing of deer products. It is open to tourists and carries out tourism projects such as sightseeing, photography, tourism shopping and special catering.

Wang Lu Hotel Breeding Base has 12 special box, which can accommodate 200 people at the same time. The hotel mainly deals in self-produced venison series dishes and various local specialties.
