3. Please be sure to fill in the registration information carefully. Those who have successfully made an appointment can only get the vaccination quota for themselves. 6. Reservation Steps

1. Open the Zhejiang Office APP, switch to Xinchang County, Shaoxing City, search for vaccination applications, enter the vaccine online reservation platform, and go to the adult vaccine page on the homepage. Click on the HPV vaccine module.

2. The lottery instructions will pop up when entering the interface. Applicants must read the lottery instructions carefully and click I understand.

3. Click on the upper left corner, select the type of vaccine and the lottery activity of the vaccination clinic of Xinchang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and carefully read the requirements for the outpatient lottery activity. Being able to apply does not mean that you meet the conditions. After confirming that you meet the requirements, click to go Apply.
