(1) Monetary compensation: One-time monetary compensation shall be implemented according to the price determined in this scheme.

(2) Property right transaction:
1. The specific replacement method is as follows:
(1) Xiansi 'ao Community Handling Station, former bearing factory dormitory area and Fengqishan Community Hetai resettlement house are within the scope of relocation houses on both sides of a river, and the former cotton station resettlement house is located in Longhu Peninsula Community. Based on the land nature of the expropriated house, the benchmark price of the residential house (excluding the floor price difference) is shared, and the property right replacement is 1: 1.
Each household of the expropriated person can only choose one suite in the relocation house planned and built between two bridges on both sides of a river. If there is excess area to be built, the expropriated person can choose a house for resettlement in the resettlement house of Longhu Peninsula Community provided by the government. The expropriated person needs to choose a house within 6 months after signing the compensation agreement. If the resettlement house is not selected within the time limit, it shall be deemed as giving up the property right exchange and choosing monetary resettlement. If the resettlement housing area exceeds the area of the house to be expropriated, the excess shall be settled at the market price.
(2) The property right of roadside houses in Daorenqiao Community was replaced by Yu He City Park Project 1: 1. If the resettlement housing area exceeds the area of the house to be expropriated, the excess shall be settled at the market price.
(3) Build a set of houses in the north of the Fourth Bridge of Baiguoshu Community (until the house selection is completed). If there is excess building area, you can choose from other resettlement houses provided by the government. If the resettlement housing area exceeds the area of the house to be expropriated, the excess shall be settled at the market price. Implement 1: 1 property right replacement. If the resettlement housing area exceeds the area of the house to be expropriated, the excess shall be settled at the market price.
(4) The third bridge of Baota Village is located in Nan 'an. The newly-built resettlement house next to Venice Century City will be replaced with 1: 1 property right. If the resettlement housing area exceeds the area of the house to be expropriated, the excess shall be settled at the market price.
(5) If the property right is replaced, the expropriated person shall sign an agreement, and the corresponding compensation for the replacement of the housing area shall be used as the entrusted purchase price, which shall be settled together when the house is handed over.
(6) Choose the house according to the principle of "sign first, move first and choose first". Specific housing selection methods and settlement methods shall be formulated and announced separately.
3. In principle, the property rights of the expropriated houses belong to organs, enterprises, institutions and village collective houses, and monetary compensation is implemented. The housing property unit is responsible for handling the tenant's relocation and related creditor-debtor relations, vacating the house within the prescribed time limit and delivering it to the demolition.
Relocation subsidy: a one-time compensation of 2000 yuan for each household of the expropriated person.
Legal basis: Article 23 of the Regulations on the Administration of Urban House Demolition, the compensation for house demolition can be monetary compensation or the exchange of house property rights.
In addition to the provisions of the second paragraph of article twenty-fifth and the second paragraph of article twenty-seventh, the person who is taken can choose the compensation method for demolition.
