Product description;

Gravel epoxy art floor is a gorgeous, simple and exquisite mortar floor system formed by adding natural stone aggregate into resin. The system presents the feeling of returning to nature from the outside to the inside.

Product use;

Gravel epoxy art floor is specially designed for public areas with large passenger flow. The liquid-rich surface is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. Typical applications are: retail, hotels, casinos, exhibition halls, lobbies, restaurants, nightclubs, businesses and public places.

Suitable for grass-roots units;

Gravel epoxy art floor is suitable for concrete, wood or metal. Not recommended for wood, bricks, tiles, asphalt, adhesives, gypsum-based products or painted surfaces. These must be removed by mechanical grinding before covering the coating.

Product thickness;

According to the different particle sizes of crushed stone aggregate, different thicknesses are selected.

Product storage;

All components should be stored in a dry place with the temperature between 65438 08℃ and 30℃. Avoid overheating and don't freeze. In the original unopened container, the shelf life is 3 years.

Product color;

The system can select different colors of natural aggregates to form different colors and patterns.

Primary treatment;

In order to ensure sufficient adhesion, correct treatment is very important. The base course must be dry and free of any wax, grease, oil, fat, soil, loose cement slurry or external materials. Cement slurry and unbonded cement particles must be removed by mechanical means, such as sandblasting or grinding. Other pollutants can be removed by washing with heavy industry detergent and then rinsing with clear water. The surface must show that the pores are open and the whole surface has sandpaper texture.
