Can I get a refund after the Baidu glutinous rice hotel is booked successfully?

You can get a refund, as long as the glutinous rice rolls are not verified for consumption!

how do I get a refund?

Step 1: Log in to Baidu account and enter "My Glutinous Rice-My Order".

step 2: find the order you bought, and click "apply for a refund" under the operation on the right side of the product.

Step 3: Select the consumption code/refund path (it takes 7-15 working days to return to the payment source)/refund reason you want to refund, and click "Apply for Refund".

warm reminder, if there is no word "refund", it means that the order cannot be refunded by itself at present. There are two reasons: 1. The glutinous rice voucher in the order has been verified by the merchant/the order is a postal product. 2. The postal product does not support refund.

note: generally, it takes 7-15 working days to get the refund to the payment source (that is, to the bank card/Baidu wallet/Alipay/Kuaiqian used at the time of payment).
