The Second People's Hospital of Baiyin City is a third-level B general hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, first aid, rehabilitation and preventive health care. It is a national baby-friendly hospital and is affiliated with Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Hospital, Lanzhou University Clinical Medical College Teaching Hospital, Lanzhou University Second Hospital Collaborative Hospital. With strong comprehensive strength, orthopedics, cardiovascular medicine, pediatrics, general surgery, obstetrics, stomatology, otolaryngology, and pharmacy are key specialties in the Baiyin area. Orthopedics, cardiology, and pediatrics are key medical and health disciplines at the county level in Gansu Province. The Department of Acupuncture and Physiotherapy is a provincial key specialty of traditional Chinese medicine. According to the "Measures for the Introduction of Urgently Needed Talents for Enterprises and Institutions in Baiyin City (Trial)" (Municipal Party Committee Banfa [2020] No. 31) and the "Implementation Plan for Strengthening and Improving the Introduction of Health Talents in Baiyin City (Trial)" (Bai Zutong Zi) [2019] No. 146), the relevant matters related to the introduction of urgently needed talents in our hospital are now announced as follows:
1. Introduction plan
It is planned to introduce 11 professional personnel, specific See Appendix 1 for positions;
2. Basic conditions
(1) Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, and abide by the Constitution and the Constitution of the People's Republic of China Law, love the health industry, good moral conduct and professional quality;
(2) Physical conditions to adapt to the job requirements;
(3) The specific introduction conditions are specified in the professional job list. Approved (Appendix Table 1);
(4) Master’s degree candidates must be 35 years old and below (i.e. born after May 1, 1986); full-time general college students must be 30 years old and below ( That is, those born after May 1, 1991)
(5) Applicants are not limited to household registration and place of origin.
(6) Those who have any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply: Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions that are avoided by the recruiting unit; those who have been criminally punished for violating the law; those who are recruited in civil servant recruitment at all levels and public institutions Persons who are found to have committed fraud or other serious violations of employment disciplines; active military personnel; free medical students who are directed to rural areas; and other persons who are not allowed to be employed as staff of public institutions according to the law.
3. Introduction Procedures
Follow the procedures of announcement, on-site registration, qualification review, organized examination, physical examination, and public recruitment.
(1) Registration
This introduction will be carried out through on-site registration. Applicants can only apply for one position.

To register, you must fill in the "Baiyin Second People's Hospital Talent Introduction Registration Form" (Appendix 2). When registering, fresh graduates must provide their graduate employment recommendation form, academic transcripts, employment agreement, original and copy of ID card, and 3 front-facing 2-inch color photos without hats; previous graduates must provide graduation certificate, degree certificate, Registration certificate, originals and copies of relevant qualification certificates required by the position, "Ministry of Education Academic Certificate Electronic Registration Form" (log in to Xuexin.com, register and print by yourself), 3 front-facing 2-inch color photos without hats, applicants with workplaces must also submit The original certificate proving that the department with personnel management authority approves the application must be provided.
Qualification review
The hospital will conduct qualification review of applicants in strict accordance with the qualifications required for the positions specified in this announcement. Only those who pass the qualification review can participate in the interview assessment. Applicants are responsible for the authenticity of the materials provided. If an applicant is found to have provided false application materials or does not meet the recruitment conditions, his or her qualifications will be cancelled. Applicants must also provide accurate and effective contact information.
(3) Interview and assessment
1. The hospital will organize a unified interview and assessment, and the examination time and location will be notified later.
2. In principle, the interview-to-examination ratio should not be less than 3:1. If there is a tie for the last place, all tied candidates will enter the interview together; positions where the interview ratio does not reach 3:1 will be determined by the hospital. The minimum score control line shall be notified to the applicant in writing before the assessment interview.
3. A structured interview is adopted, which is divided into two parts: professional knowledge test and comprehensive ability defense. The scores are both 100 points. The professional knowledge test score accounts for 60 and the comprehensive ability defense score accounts for 40. The total exam time for each candidate is 13 minutes, including 8 minutes for professional knowledge test and 5 minutes for comprehensive ability defense. Applicants with a score below 60 in the professional knowledge test will not be admitted. When scoring, remove one point and the lowest score, and then calculate the average to two decimal places. The scores will be announced on-site based on the candidates' defense performance and will be signed by the candidates for confirmation. After the interview and assessment, the candidates to be introduced will be determined based on their test scores from high to low, and a tripartite agreement will be signed on site.
4. Interviews are conducted in different positions. One person is interviewed at each time, and multiple examiners face one candidate. The instructor will lead the candidates into the examination room in turn and notify the next candidate to prepare. After the candidates answer the questions, they will be evaluated by the examiner, and other examiners will independently score the candidates according to different elements on the score sheet.
(4) Physical examination and inspection
1. Physical examination
The list of participants for the physical examination will be determined in equal numbers from high scores to low scores based on the total score. The physical examination standards refer to the "Notice of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the National Civil Service Bureau on Revising the General Standards for the Physical Examination Standards for the Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial); and the Physical Examination Operation Manual for the Recruitment of Civil Servants (Trial); and relevant content" (People Implemented by the Ministry of Social Affairs [2016] No. 140. The cost of the physical examination shall be borne by the subjects themselves. Those who commit fraud or conceal the true situation during the physical examination, resulting in distorted physical examination results, will not be employed or their employment qualifications will be cancelled. Those who fail the physical examination will no longer be reimbursed.
2. Inspection
After the physical examination, the personnel to be introduced who have passed the physical examination will be inspected, their qualifications will be reviewed, and inspection comments will be written. In accordance with the standard of having both ability and political integrity and putting morality first, and according to the requirements of the position to be recruited, various forms should be used to comprehensively understand the political ideology, moral character, compliance with laws and regulations, self-discipline awareness, ability and quality, learning and situations that need to be avoided of the candidates wait. After the inspection, written inspection opinions should be written. Those who fail the inspection will be disqualified from employment and will not be replaced.
(5) Public announcement of employment
Based on the interview assessment, physical examination and inspection results, the personnel to be introduced will be determined and announced on the website of Baiyin Second People's Hospital. The announcement time will be 5 working days. . The issues reflected in the announcement must be verified. If it is verified that the employee does not meet the employment conditions, his or her employment qualifications will be cancelled.
(6) Recording and hiring of talent introduction results
After the talent introduction is completed, the results will be reported to the District Party Committee Organization Department, District Party Committee Editorial Office, District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and District Health and Health Bureau.
