Where is Songpinggou?

Songpinggou is located in the northwest of Maoxian County.

Songpinggou is 65km away from Maoxian County, 238km away from Chengdu in the south and Jiuzhaigou 193km away from Jiuzhaigou in the north. Located on both sides of the upper reaches of Minjiang River, it is the transition zone of Longmenshan fold belt.

Changhai 1

Changhai is the highest sea in Songpinggou. When you get to the seaside, you can experience the realm of "infinite scenery with dangerous peaks". The sea is an alpine dammed lake formed by the earthquake, so it is named Changhai because of its length. The long sea is 900 meters long, with a water area of 1 10 mu and an altitude of 2900 meters. Standing by the sea, it's relaxing and picturesque.

2. Mohai

Mohai is the most peculiar Haizi, and the color of water is as deep as blue ink, so it is called Mohai. Moxin rock wall is formed by accumulated water caused by fault subsidence and mountain collapse, covering an area of 28 mu. Water is deposited on dark blue rocks, bottomless, surrounded by mountains, shaded by trees, pines, cypresses and miscellaneous weeds reflected in them, just like a pool of dumped ink.

3. Pearl Beach Waterfall

Baishihai is the largest Haizi in Diexi-Songpinggou Scenic Area, also known as Gong Penghai and Wapuhai. It is named after a mysterious white stone by the sea. It is 1600 meters long and 250 meters wide, with a water area of 400,000 square meters and a deepest point of more than 80 meters.

4. Color swimming pool

Multicolored pool is colorful water, also called love sea, which always gives people five colors of mood. The pool is located in the center of Shuimogou, like a woman hiding in a boudoir, giving the impression that "half a face is hidden behind the guitar from us", and the sound of water falling on the stone is like Bai Juyi's poem "Like pouring pearls of all sizes into a plate of jade".
