1. The policy of "one certificate, one code and one card" is implemented for all returnees to Tianjin, that is, the returnees will check the 48-hour negative nucleic acid certificate, green health code and communication travel card at the entry and exit cards of railways, airports, road passenger stations and expressway. At the same time, people returning to Tianjin should report to the local streets (communities) immediately after arriving in Tianjin, and conduct 1 nucleic acid detection within 24 hours after arriving in Tianjin, and cooperate with the local authorities to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.

2. Persons who have lived in other counties (cities, districts and banners) in the city where the middle and high-risk area is located within 14 days shall undergo 14 days of medical observation after arriving in Tianjin.

3. Persons who have lived in counties (cities, districts and banners) where high-risk areas are located within 14 days shall be strictly managed at home within14 days after arriving in Tianjin, and nucleic acid detection shall be conducted at the specified frequency. If the test result is negative, the management can be cancelled.
