Second, the change and refund rules

(2) Passengers who purchase tickets through Ruili Airlines official website, Ruihangyi APP and WeChat official accounts need to upload their own materials through the website; If it cannot be uploaded due to special circumstances, please submit the materials to RL AIR05 18@rlair.net, and indicate the passenger's name, certificate information and ticket information to be processed.

(3) Passengers who have submitted an involuntary refund through Ruili Airlines official website can submit it again if the ticket conditions meet the requirements of this document.
