Zhang Jincheng, a native of Nigou, Liaoyuan Town, Puning City, is the founding chairman of Thailand Shunhecheng Group and Thailand Yiwang Accord Volkswagen Company. Born in Beiliu, Thailand. He is a big exporter of agricultural products in Thailand. He received a doctorate in business administration from Ranganxing University in Thailand on 1988 and an honorary doctorate in forestry from kasetsart University in Tai Huang in 2006. He also served as a member of the House of Lords of Thailand and an economic adviser to the Prime Minister of Thailand.

On June 5th of the same year, with the strong support of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, the Provincial Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese and relevant departments, the signing ceremony of the comprehensive agreement between Shunhecheng (Group) Company and Shanwei Municipal Government was held in Guangzhou, and Shunhecheng (Group) Company invested heavily in establishing forestry and papermaking projects in Shanwei City.
