In the summer vacation of 2005, under the call of the Youth League Committee, I contributed to Jiaozuo's "Four Innovations". In order to improve my ability in all aspects and deepen my understanding of society, I participated in the social practice activity of summer part-time tour guide training sponsored by the Youth League Committee, undertaken by the Youth League Committee of Mathematics College and strongly supported by Jiaozuo Shenzhou Travel Agency (July10-July 25th, 2005). Jiaozuo Shenzhou Travel Agency was established in May 1999. It is a tourism enterprise with independent legal personality approved by provincial and municipal tourism bureaus and registered by Jiaozuo Industrial and Commercial Bureau. The company is headquartered in the Great Hall of the People in Jiaozuo, the political, economic and cultural center of Jiaozuo. Employees 1 18, including 60 full-time tour guides, 95% of whom have college education or above. After five years of development, it has formed a rigorous and scientific management system, and now has a "ground connection center, a group field center, a transportation ticketing center, a tour guide center, a foreign joint venture to successfully plan and undertake many trains, large teams and other large-scale activities, with an annual reception of more than 50,000 people. It is one of the largest, strongest and most reputable travel agencies in Jiaozuo, and it is also a banner erected by provincial and municipal tourism bureaus in Jiaozuo tourism industry.

1999-200 1 was awarded "Excellent Travel Agency in Henan Province" by Henan Provincial Tourism Bureau for three consecutive years, "Best Travel Agency in Henan Province" in 2002 and 2003, and "Advanced Unit of Tourism Work in Jiaozuo City" in 2000-2003. Wei, manager of the ground connection center, and Liu, manager of the tour guide center, were awarded "Civilized Tour Guide of Henan Province" and "Excellent Young Tour Guide of Henan Province" by the Provincial Civilization Committee, the Communist Youth League Committee and the Provincial Tourism Bureau. In such an excellent enterprise, more than 50 students of our group received systematic tour guide training. During the half-month training, from the first day, Liu, the manager of the tour guide center, began to teach us the basic skills of tour guides, such as tour guide affairs, tour guide regulations, China tourism geography, tour guide accident handling, mountain tour guide simulation and seaside tour guide simulation. At the end of the training, Jiaozuo Shenzhou Travel Service Co., Ltd. also organized us to follow the tour group to Qingdao, Rizhao and other tourist cities for personal experience. We also have the necessary travel knowledge. Such as: guide service quality standard (1); guide service quality standard (2) travel agency management regulations (1); (2) temporary provisions on travel accident insurance for travel agencies; precautions for traveling to Hong Kong and Macao; rules for traveling by air; preferential treatment for children in trains; what to do in case of accidents; personal passport application; travel accommodation instructions; how to take photos in caves; and railway passengers' instructions. More importantly, our communication ability has been greatly improved, and all aspects of relations have been handled well. What I feel most about myself is: first, I should walk into the office sincerely and see some strange faces. I greeted them with a smile. From that day on, I got into the habit of smiling and saying "good morning" or "good morning" when I see them every morning. This is my sincere greeting. I always feel that there are often some subtle things that are easily overlooked by us, such as a gentle greeting, which expresses concern for colleagues and friends and makes others feel valued and concerned. In just a few days, I became one with my colleagues, and the thing that my heart became "invisible" never happened again I think it should be my sincerity that won the trust of my colleagues. They regard me as a friend and are willing to assign me a job.

Second, being good at communication is an important skill and ability, which should be skillfully used at all times. To understand a person, you must first remember his name. Understanding a person requires in-depth communication. And these, we must take the initiative to do.

Third, we should have enthusiasm and confidence. In fact, enthusiasm and confidence are indispensable in any industry. Enthusiasm makes us passionate about our work and willing to fight for the same goal; Patience also allows us to take our work seriously, strive to do every detail and strive for perfection. Passion and patience complement each other, so that the most beautiful sparks can be born and the work can be done best.

Fifth, we must take the initiative to attack.

When you have a choice, the initiative is in your own hands. I think many people, like me, have done "chores" such as copying and typing when they first entered the internship unit. Maybe colleagues think that you are a mistress and should start with small things, but sometimes it is because they have no idea about what you can do. Doing chores is necessary for work, but it can't teach me anything. I decided to change my destiny. Some things can't be chosen, but some things can be chosen. Of course, you should do your job carefully, but brave "volunteering" can win you more opportunities. As long as you ask questions, study hard and do hard, you will get unexpected results.

Sixth, pay attention to organization.

If you don't want to be in a hurry in an emergency, you should form a good habit of being organized. "Everything should be organized," Liu Jingli suggested to me. The same is true of other jobs. Being organized can make you get twice the result with half the effort. A high school student who has made great achievements in American TV told a story: when he was a department manager, the president was surprised that he could handle a mountain of letters every day, while other managers' desks were always full of letters. My brother said, "Although letters are very common.

A lot, but I sort them by urgency and importance, and then deal with them one by one. "The president then extended this practice to the whole company, and the operation of the whole company became orderly and the efficiency was improved. Developing the good habit of paying attention to organization can benefit us a lot in our work. After taking part in social practice for the first time, I understand that college students' social practice is a good form to guide our students to get out of school, get in touch with society, understand society and join society. It is a good channel to urge college students to join in the reform and opening up, learn from workers and peasants and cultivate their training talents. It is an effective way to improve thinking, cultivate self-cultivation and establish the concept of serving the society. By participating in social practice activities, it is helpful for our college students to renew their ideas and absorb new ideas and knowledge. Half a month's social practice passed quickly, but I learned a lot from it, which will benefit me for life. Social practice has deepened my feelings with people from all walks of life, narrowed the distance between me and society, broadened my horizons, increased my talents in social practice, and further clarified the road to success and historical mission of our young students. Society is a big classroom for learning and education. In that vast world, our life value has been reflected, laying a more solid foundation for more intense competition in the future. I hope that I will have such an opportunity in the future to exercise myself from practice.
