The school is the only full-time general higher education institution in Bozhou, Xinjiang, covering an area of ??1,834 acres, of which the main campus 1,380 acres. The total construction area is 163,300 square meters. In 2015, the school was rated as the "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of the Autonomous Region" by the Autonomous Region Party Committee; in 2016, it was rated as the "Eighth Batch of Advanced Collectives for Provincial and Municipal Aid to Xinjiang" by the Autonomous Region Party Committee and Government; from 2017 to 2019, it was rated as the "Advanced Grassroots Party Organization of the Autonomous Region" for three consecutive years.
