5. Before ward round, the competent physician should make full preparations, such as medical records, auxiliary inspection reports and required inspection tools. During the rounds, the resident should report the summary of medical records, current condition and laboratory examination results, and put forward the problems that need to be solved. Doctors at higher levels should make necessary inspections according to the situation, put forward opinions on diagnosis and treatment, and give clear instructions.
