Should rape reach its climax with legal responsibility?

As long as it is rape, it needs to bear legal responsibility, and rape itself is more difficult to define, while date rape is more difficult to define rape or adultery because of the specific recipient. Theoretically speaking, rape and adultery are easy to distinguish. Rape refers to the use of violence, coercion, intimidation and other means to control the other party against the will of women, or "using other means", for example, when women are drunk or asleep, or drugging the other party and committing rape. Adultery, on the other hand, refers to the sexual behavior of both parties without violating the woman's will. This case is generally identified as rape, and the evidence is favorable to the woman, but other evidence besides drunkenness also plays a considerable role. For the woman, it is necessary to report the case in time and collect evidence, such as witnesses, waiters in the hotel where the case occurred, and friends who met together. To prove that the woman was really unable to resist because of drunkenness at the time of the incident. Physical evidence, such as soft tissue contusion, remains in the body, and men remain in sexual relations. If the man has proof to the contrary, he can also provide, for example, a witness to prove something, such as the woman's indulgence, suggestion, revealing clothes, etc. Or there is other evidence that the woman is voluntary.
