How to put two sets of two-color molds on the mold

1. Mold injection: according to the working procedure of the injection molding machine, start the injection action, inject the material of the first color into the mold cavity, wait for the feeding time, and fully inject the first raw material into the mold cavity for cooling and setting. After the injection of the first color is completed, stop the operation of the injection molding machine and replace the second set of molds.

2. Injection of the second color: prepare the raw materials of the second color, inject them into the mold cavity, control the injection time and temperature parameters, so that the materials of the second color can be fully injected, and form a two-color effect and a two-color structure with the first color or material.
