The controlled planning area of the ecological wetland around Yanghu Lake is 4 square kilometers.

Three to five years later, the area around Yanghu Lake will become the benchmark of "two-oriented society" in the pilot area of Dahexi River. It was learned from the relevant departments of the Management Committee of Dahexi Pilot Area that the draft regulatory detailed planning of Yanghu Ring has been completed recently. Within the actual planning area of 10 square kilometer, an ecological wetland consisting of open parks and business parks has been added, with an area of 4 square kilometers and a green space rate of over 40%.

Yanghuyuan is located between Jinjiang and Xiangjiang in Yuelu District. The whole area is low in the middle and high around. According to the plan, Yanghuyuan will be built into a headquarters economic zone, an ecological wet area and a high-grade residential area. Among them, the headquarters economic zone is located in the northeast of Yanghu Park. We plan to develop and build a modern new urban area with developed economy, complete functions and beautiful ecology, and embody the characteristics of "two types", and strive to introduce modern industries such as modern commerce and trade, ecological real estate, hotels, financial securities, etc., and finally build Hunan headquarters economic zone. The ecological wetland is located in the middle of the Yanghu dike and consists of several open or commercial parks. The utilization of wetland resources in Jinjiang estuary can not only play its ecological service function, but also get enough attention and protection under the protection of the big environment, which is a win-win urban wetland resource utilization model. The south is a high-end residential area.

The first phase of the southern section of Xiaoxiang Avenue is 4.2 kilometers from Monkey Stone Bridge to Heishipu Bridge, and the second phase is Heishipu Bridge extending from west to south to Pingtang. According to the plan, Xiaoxiang South Avenue extends southward after crossing Jinjiang and is divided into two parts: the west line and the east line, of which the east line is an urban landscape flood control road mainly for sightseeing, and the route direction is basically the same as that of Xiangjiang flood control levee; The west line is the first-class trunk road of the city, which mainly meets the traffic function of the Yanghu ring area, and the route is parallel to the east line and faces south.

The southern section of Xiaoxiang Avenue, mainly through the construction of the west traffic trunk road, creates a convenient traffic environment and promotes the development of the whole region. At present, the first phase of the southern section of Xiaoxiang Avenue has entered the main construction stage and is expected to open to traffic in September this year.

The southern section of Xiaoxiang Avenue spans Jinjiang. The newly-built Jinjiang Bridge is located on the west side of the existing old bridge. The new bridge is designed as a precast box girder structure, with a length of 80 meters, including a main span of 40 meters, small spans of 20 meters on both sides and a width of 33 meters. It is a two-way six-lane bridge with sidewalks on both sides. Jinjiang New Bridge is about 50 meters to 80 meters away from the old bridge and passes obliquely. The existing old bridge is already a dangerous bridge. After the new bridge is completed and opened to traffic, the old bridge will remain and be used as a sidewalk after renovation and reinforcement. The bridge is scheduled to be completed and opened to traffic in September.
