Cardholders must bring their original ID cards (if they don't have ID cards, they need to provide household registration books) to the visitor service center outside Fante Happy World Park. The age of a child shall be based on the date of birth and the date of admission of the valid identity documents.

Visitors who have purchased Fantex Happy World tickets and entered the park can show their ticket stubs at Fantex Happy World Park Visitor Service Center and enjoy the corresponding credit card discount.

(2) Handling in official website:

If you enter the annual card area, you can apply online, and you can enter the park only after redeeming the official real-name registration annual card in Fante Happy World "Tourist Service Center" within three months. If it is not changed within the time limit, it will be treated as overdue. You can apply for a refund online within three months. There is no refund within three months, and the annual card is invalid.
