In accordance with the Contract Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations, the Contract is signed by both parties through consultation.

Article 1 service items

Party B shall provide the photographer's name and provide documentary photography services in the form of digital photography and film photography during the wedding, meeting and activities held by Party A. ..

Article 2 Service Standards and Requirements

(1) A photographer who provides services shall meet the following conditions:

The photographer's name and telephone number.

(2) Service requirements

Article 3 Party A (□ Yes/□ No) allows the main work in the service project to be completed by a third party. Work that can be delegated to a third person.

Article 4 Delivery Time

The delivery time of finished photography products is from MM DD YY to MM DD YY.

Article 5 Term of service

(1) The shooting time in the photography service provided by Party B is hours;

Article 6 Remuneration

The remuneration paid by Party A to Party B is RMB (in words), that is, RMB (in figures).

Article 7 Method and time limit of settlement

Article 8 Other agreements

(1) If Party A needs to change the shooting time, it shall notify Party B in writing seven days in advance.

(2) Party A shall provide the activity flow in advance and indicate the necessary scenes as an annex to this contract.

(3) If Party A fails to receive the finished film within six months after the agreed date, Party B shall not be responsible for keeping it, but shall properly handle it.

(4) Party B shall follow up the activities provided by Party A and indicate the necessary scenes. After the performance of this contract, Party B only enjoys the right of authorship of photographic works, and other rights in copyright can only be exercised with the written consent of Party A. ..

(5) If Party B keeps the original image file or copy, it must keep it properly and shall not provide it to a third party.

(VI) Party B must keep Party A's business secrets or privacy that it knows as a result of the performance of this contract.

(7) The format of VCD or DVD shall be compatible with CD-R and DVD-R playback equipment.

Article 9 Liability for breach of contract

(1) If Party A changes or terminates the contract without authorization or fails to pay the down payment beyond the agreed payment period, Party B has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract; At the same time, Party A may be required to bear the liability for breach of contract for non-performance of the contract, and the liquidated damages shall be paid at% of the service remuneration.

(2) If Party A pays the service remuneration within days after the agreed payment deadline, it shall bear the liability for breach of contract for overdue payment and pay liquidated damages at the rate of one ten thousandth per day.

(3) After exercising the right of unilateral rescission, Party B shall destroy the films, digital negatives and finished products made in a reasonable way.

(4) If Party B changes or terminates this contract without authorization, it shall return all the money it has received to Party A, and the penalty shall be calculated as% of the service remuneration; If Party B terminates this contract without authorization within seven days before the agreed shooting time, it shall be liable for compensation to Party A, and the compensation amount shall be twice the service remuneration agreed in this contract, namely RMB.

(5) If the finished product shot by Party B lacks the agreed required scenes, each scene element shall be compensated.

(VI) If the photographer agreed in this contract fails to complete the documentary photography service within the agreed time, Party B shall promptly notify Party A, and shall be obliged to recommend other photographers with the same professional level or technical level to Party A. Party A has the right to terminate this contract unilaterally, and at the same time, Party B may be required to pay RMB liquidated damages.

(7) For Party B's film photography (counted as 36 films/roll), the allowable waste film range (blurred image, poor image quality due to underexposure or overexposure, empty lens, etc.) is%. For the part exceeding%, Party B shall compensate five times the actual number of films (counted as one roll for less than one roll) and bear the printing expenses.

(8) If Party B loses all the images while processing and shooting the images, Party B shall be responsible for returning all the service remuneration and paying compensation equivalent to the service remuneration to Party A, namely RMB; If the image part is lost, the compensation for the lost part shall be returned and Party A shall be paid RMB according to the above compensation ratio.

(9) Party B must be jointly and severally liable to Party A for the acts of its staff members who violate Party A's portrait rights and privacy rights by taking advantage of their positions.

Article 10 Dispute settlement methods

Disputes arising from this contract shall be settled by both parties through negotiation, or apply to relevant industry associations or consumer protection committees for mediation.

If the parties are unwilling to negotiate or mediate, or negotiation or mediation fails, it shall be settled in the following ways:

1. Apply to Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration;

2. Bring a lawsuit to the people's court.

Article 11 This contract shall come into effect as of the date of signature or seal by both parties.
